Personality:
Stella has a temper problem. If someone says something not to her liking, she'll be sure to let them know! She is very protective of Avalon and will always stand up for her. Stella comes across as a bitch, but does have a soft side and will only show it when she is comfortable with the person.
History/Story:
Stella was born on the star Capella. Her family moved to the planet Jyran when she was a little girl. She realized she had Sailor Powers when her family store was being robbed. Her symbol appeared on her forehead when she saw her mother and father get shot. She then gained her attack and tried to save her family. To no avail, her parents died and Stella went off to live with Emmi. Emmi taught Stella to become a true Sailor and showed her her true potential. Over the years she trained with Avalon, Lina, and Sanibel. They would fight off the forces of evil in their galaxy, and Stella loved it. She liked knowing she had power, because the day of her parents murder still haunted her. One day she was sent to the Earth to be reincarnated. The day came when she and her friends has to join up with Sailor Moon to fight off a great force of evil...

Sailor Capella's Fuku
Powers:
"Capella Star Power, Make Up!": Stella says this as she grabs her transformation wand. She spins and her fuku is put on. She then puts her arms out and two 'sheets' of stars come in from her arms towards the middle of her body, adding her gloves and accessories.
Teleportation: Sailor Capella uses this to transport herself or other items to a different spot. She can teleport herself, a small group of people, and small items. To start the attack/spell Stella closes her eyes and puts her hand up to her face with her pointer and middle finger pointing up inbetween her eyes. She then thinks hard on what and where she want to teleport. At the same time she yells "teleport!" and opens her eyes. And then whatever is being teleported disappears to it's point of destination.
"Sphere of Capella": After saying these words Stella folds her hand together in a prayer and closes her eyes. A ball of orange and blue light starts to appear infront of her. She then opens her eyes and gently grabs the sphere of light. Getting a mean look on her face she hurls the sphere at her enemy, majorly decreasing their power.
