Personality:

Neo is a very kindhearted person and would do anything to protect the ones he cares about.  Neo is the crowned prince of Jyran, but tends to "forget" his job for the mean time. (He'll let his father take care of things until his time comes.)  Neo is also a very skilled swordsman and can put up a good fight.  His sword is special in a sense that is has a magical spell on it that makes is much stronger than other swords.  It can also have spells casted onto it and Neo can then use those spells through his sword.  Neo tends to be pretty ruthless when it comes to fighting.  He finds his duty for now is to to love and protect Avalon on her mission.

History/Story: 

 Neo stayed at Emmi's estate at times and would learn to fight with his sword with her husband.  As he was training one day he met Avalon and fell in love.  The two grew up together and promised each other that they would always be together.  Unfortunately the day came when Avalon had to be reincarnated and sent to earth.  The two were heart broken, but there was nothing they could do.  Two years after Avalon had left, Neo begged Emmi to reincarnate him so he could meet up with Avalon some day again.  Emmi finally gave in and reincarnated him.  One day on earth Neo finally meets up with Avalon. (Emmi uses her powers and sends him to earth.)  Once there they fall in love all over again and Neo decides his new mission is to protect Avalon with her fight.

Powers:

Neo's only 'power' is his sword fighting skills. His sword is magical though, and it can have spells cast onto it.
